How to apply: Complete the form by clicking the button below. For your application, write and submit a 350-500 word original article, word doc. format or pages doc (not previously published) with content related to the intersection of diabetes and weight stigma, the need for weight-inclusive care, a personal story about the importance of weight neutral care, or disordered eating and diabetes.

The intent is to create valuable content that will help inspire professionals to know more about weight inclusivity, weight stigma, fat phobia, weight bias, and self-compassion for living with diabetes.

Articles selected will grant the winner a free registration and be published on the WN4DC Symposium blog as well as across all of our social media channels crediting the writer.

Deadline to apply: May 17th, 2019

Winners will be notified by June 17th. 10 winners will be selected!

**If you have already registered for the symposium and then are notified as a winner, you will be refunded in full.
